Testing Includes:

2 Exams – a 40 question General Exam and a 20 question Specific Exam

A student must score a minimum of 70% on each exam, but have a composite score of 80% or better to pass the course.

Rewards and Records
All students are required to complete assigned quizzes and final exams. Upon successful completion of instructors will notify the Accreditation Coordinator via email that the student
has completed the course. The instructor will then notify the student via email the status of passage or failure of the course with instructions for the next steps. An electronic certificate will be issued to the student indicating passage and completion of the course.

Privacy
It is the policy of all NDTQT staff, personnel, and instructors to maintain the privacy of student records. It ensures the privacy and information security of learner records that addresses the role of information input, maintenance, release, and issuance of learner’s records following the completion of the course. Learners are made aware of the status of their certificates and any awarded CEU’s at the completion of the course. To ensure that all employees of NDTQT are aware of this policy, it is part of their initial and annual/recurring training.

Intellectual Property
It is the policy of NDT Quality Training to ensure that the intellectual proprietary interests of instructors are disclosed. NDT Quality Training is the sole owner of any IP that results from research and development for on-line courses. Any IP that is a result of this research, must be disclosed to the President, NDT Quality Training. Should there ever be an issue of royalty income or copyright, these will be shared by NDT Quality Training and the individual who performed the research.

Proprietary Interest
All students who enroll in any of NDT Quality Training’s on-line courses have the right to know,(and NDT Quality Training has the responsibility to disclose) if any of the instructors have a proprietary interest in a product or service mentioned. NDT Quality Training is required to disclose each of their instructor’s proprietary interests in any product, instrument, device, service, or material mentioned during the course. NDT Quality Training must also disclose the source of any compensation received. This information must be disclosed prior to the start of any of the courses.

There are no positions at NDT Quality Training who have any proprietary interest in any product, service, instrument, device, or materials mentioned in the on-line courses. There is no third-party compensation for any of the courses, or any events NDT Quality Training may attend or sponsor. NDT Quality Training regularly reviews its compliance with this policy. Any concerns or questions should be directed to the President/CEO of NDTQT Course authors receive a commission on sales of their authored course.
